Licensed in the real estate appraisal profession since 1997. Residential valuations are provided in the Kansas City metropolitan area and its surrounding Kansas & Missouri counties. Licensed as a Missouri Real Estate Broker since 1985. B.S.B.A. degree earned from Rockhurst University.
Professional experience includes authoring an Appraisal Review Training Manual for a national lender. As well as collecting the property data used to determine assessment valuations and the defense of value conclusions at informal and formal hearings for Johnson County, Kansas.
